2hr Discovery Call
The diagnostic begins with a focused two hour session (I know it's long but we take a break half way though) with your key stakeholders and team members. This is where we lay everything on the table. We dig deep into how your business operates, how your team is using HubSpot, and where the gaps and friction points are. The goal is not just to understand where you are today, but to build a clear picture of where you want to be and what it will take to get there.
Diagnostic Work 1-2 weeks
Following the discovery session, I spend one to two weeks conducting a thorough review of your HubSpot account, cross-referencing what we heard in the room with what the data is actually telling us.
2hr Diagnostics Insights and Recommendations Review Meeting
Once the analysis is complete, we regroup with your key stakeholders to walk through our findings and recommendations in a dedicated presentation. That full presentation is then delivered to you after the meeting, giving your team a clear and actionable roadmap to move forward with.
30-45min Phased Implementation Project Scope Review
After the presentation is delivered, we give you a few days to sit with the findings before regrouping for a shorter follow up meeting. In that session we walk through a scoped implementation roadmap, outlining exactly what it would look like to get this work done together.
